Some new revelations, but I have to ask why were the Patents granted to start with and then confirmed at the Markman and obviously thought to be valid by Susman? The Obama Administration thoroughly corrupted the whole process and favored big business. That was obvious with so many decisions going to the one with funds to drag out a lawsuit. This in my opinion is just more fallout. I don’t understand the complexities of software patents, but I also don’t think the Courts do either. JMHO
