You forgot that they have any equity from the 5.5 mil that was supposedly contributed to the XTI JV. If NO shares are exchanged that will be another provable lie. Also seems to me that as the heat in the kitchen has gone up the BS posts of all the great things to come have gotten less. Now all that is left is some LAME BS of a fake Rectacell/Nexboard that has supported another lie of Retacell® means a USPTO needed to manufacture product in the US. NO PROOF of this patent has ever been PRODUCED. (LIE)
