I am going to look into this. There must be a reason unique to that company for the 90 days.

Still looking, because there is a reason for everything. Not sure yet unless there is other info. Haven't found any yet. So this is why i see the 90 day days vs for the 180 days, just my opinion.

The only thing i see is that ABQQ always was a pink sheet company , but with a OTCQB designation:

"there is no real difference between an OTCBB® listed security and a Fully Reporting Issuer trading on the Pink Sheets now under the OTCQB designation"

https://gopublic101.blogspot.com/2010/06/otcbb-vs-otcqb-what-you-need-to-know.html

The otcmartkets shows no record of it being delisted, nor any filing showing the delisting that i see.

https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ABQQ/disclosure

So because it was a pink sheet company that's why it was given 90 days.

Seems like they lost the OTCQB designation for pink sheet companies. is what this statement means:

"the company will be removed from the OTCQB marketplace."

Apparently, the 180 day grace period was amended in 2017 for OTCQB companies that reduced in half to 90 days from the prior 180 days.Seems the 180 day grace period still applies to NASDAQ listed companies not to OTC companies.

This makes sense why some get 180 day day grace and some get 90 day grace period.

If something that contradicts this please post

OTC Markets Amends Listing Standards for OTCQB to Allow Non-Reporting Issuers

"The cure period for delinquent filings has been extended to 45 days from the prior 30-day period. However, the cure period for a bid price deficiency has been reduced in half to 90 days from the prior 180 days. Moreover, if a company’s closing bid price falls below $0.001 at any time for five consecutive days, the company will automatically be removed from the OTCQB."
