Still looking, because there is a reason for everything. Not sure yet unless there is other info. Haven't found any yet. So this is why i see the 90 day days vs for the 180 days, just my opinion.

The only thing i see is that ABQQ always was a pink sheet company , but with a OTCQB designation:

"there is no real difference between an OTCBB® listed security and a Fully Reporting Issuer trading on the Pink Sheets now under the OTCQB designation"

The otcmartkets shows no record of it being delisted, nor any filing showing the delisting that i see.

So because it was a pink sheet company that's why it was given 90 days.

Seems like they lost the OTCQB designation for pink sheet companies. is what this statement means:

"the company will be removed from the OTCQB marketplace."
