I expected results from the foundries, why does everyone think the year is over and we haven't had Christmas yet.

At 32 Minute mark Lebby stated expected results from foundries. Call me crazy but I think Lightwave will get the results and I think he'll give us a year-end update.

Thats like telling someone I'd be there by 5 P.M. and them calling at noon telling me I'm not going to make it because it is noon.

Earlier this week I said that in the past when I was at the cabin hunting over Thanksgiving there was patent news. On Monday someone said but X no news yet. Lol you cannot make this up, yet Lo and Behold there was Patent news. I didn't know that I just remember in the past.

Lebby presented at the LD Micro event on Oct 25th and used the same slide with the same guidance. That is his most recent contact with the investment community. The most recent communication with the industry was at the PIC Summit less than two weeks ago where he stood on stage with the microphone in hand and declared to the large audience, “it’s real, it’s happening!” Again he was referring to the heterogeneous integration of the various components within the transceivers.

How can you say Lebby has not communicated in the last 6 months?
