If the Doc knowingly made false statements with the intend to defraud or deceive, then maybe, but it is very difficult to prove. As a practical matter, any litigation would be paid for by the Company and probably bankrupt the company. Otiko would slip out the back door taking with him all of the technology and intellectual property rights under the guise of paying himself back for monies the Company owes him. Otiko is in a good position. He pretty much cannot be held accountable for the failure of the company meanwhile he can strip the company assets and make WoundPros a success. Folks, we buy crap like this thinking this time will be different and hoping to hit a homerun, but deep down we know and pretty much expect to get f**cked. I will gladly eat crow if this pans out.
