No one has even seen the article and we are throwing around such claims as 'now we need to sue', 'if they don't sue management is bad, etc.
This is irresponsible.
First, AF is a pawn. His game is known. His reputation is in the gutter. His reach is minimal.
Second, I'll trust the company that just conducted the first successful nGBM and rGBM trial in 400+ attempts to make their own decisions. I think it is also important to point out that the company has 10x more information in their possession to make informed decisions unlike those that recommend suing after seeing ONLY a headline of an article.
AF is a gnat. An irrelevant distraction. Nothing more.
