kevins, good due diligence. So the UWs are part of class 19 and will receive:

Total Underwriters' Face for every 10B will be $71,953,536.09 which is 1%. I believe we FINALLY must see an 8K filing within four BUSINESS days discussing this transaction probably after the objection time period of 21 days from 11/18/2022 which will be December 9, 2022.

I also believe the investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012 own the former WaMu Estate, thus are entitled to investor returns. We shall soon find out but this transaction may be part of a larger TO COME transaction as this transaction is obviously missing details of what returned to the Wells Trustee account for this assignment

If you object to the transfer, within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this notice, you must file a written objection and provide written notice to the Assignee/Transferee:

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee, its successors and assigns (collectively, “Assignor”), has hereby absolutely and unconditionally sold, conveyed, transferred and assigned to Nationstar Mortgage LLC, its successors and assigns (collectively, “Assignee”), its claims relating to Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates

Series 2003-15A (“SASC 2003-15A”), as set forth in claim numbers 700181.01 700181.02, 700181.03, 700181.04, 710277.01, and 710277.02 (whether against Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.,

Structured Asset Securities Corporation, or otherwise) (the “Claims”), in the bankruptcy proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Case No. 08-13555 (JMP), or any other court with
jurisdiction over such proceedings.

the way I read this document is this:............The bankruptcy court transferred to NationStar, Mortgage Backed certificates that Nation Star BOUGHT, from Welles Fargo, as a result of claims held against assets held in Trust , which were owned by Wells, which were seized during the bankruptcy of Lehman Bros.........IMO, this transaction has nothing to do with returning assets belonging to WMI....Lodas
