The Examiner has been going back-and-forth with the patent lawyers, requiring some changes and revisions to the patent application. It sounds like they are close to finalizing and issuing the patent, but I don’t know for sure when this will happen.
I believe that flipper44 has done a lot of research and due diligence into this patent application, and he may have more information.
Do we have any idea when this patent will get issued?
It could be reasonably soon, but who cares? It has no commercial value until and unless a CI/DC combo gets approved for GBM. And that is late this decade at the earliest.
And even then it has marginal value. Despite what some say it in no way extends any CI patents.
