They are not numbers if they don’t for a likely reality or scenario any time soon. It takes a lot of investment in infrastructure and market development to get to that number of patients.
Sounds good when convincing people on bulletin boards, but a company has to develop its business somewhere near where that is a real possibility to be fully rewarded for that outcome. And yes, $66 income per share, not share price. And that market cap would be great, but it requires a giant company to possibly meet those expectations.
Let’s not put the cart before the horse and look at yes, long-term goals, but also what are more likely interim valuations.
People can go from one extreme to the opposite, but I prefer some sense of reality so that people don’t look at a rational offer, if one comes, and feel robbed.
