While I agree with you that it could happen, I believe it has to go beyond our first approval to do so. I believe by the time of that first approval or sooner we could get a partner who'd take an equity position at $10 or more a share, but $40 or more will require validation that either DCVax-L works in several solid cancers or that DCVax-Direct does.
Here's the problem, if the DCVax's are demonstrated to be effective in many solid cancer forms, who in their right mind would agree to sell for just $40.
