Dallas...near the galleria. There was about 12 of us in the room. All GZFX members. Some very disgruntled. The video gamers were not happy about not receiving their games. I think we will see some high churn rates. One guy said the website looks like it was down by 2 highschoolers. It was interesting to see how everyone felt regarding renting games and movies. It will be tough for GZFX to correct because the gamers want their games immediately. One thing a guy suggested was having two queues..because he would get three games and keep them for a while...but his wife would want a movie. He was a circuit city employee and just dropped GZFX.
