Changing the subject to DC’s irrelevant UK report when I have corrected the same misinformation 3 times in previous posts?


The SEC has no requirement  inclusion of any non-US country filings because they are irrelevant to the SEC reporting in consolidated 10-Ks and 10-Q’s. The rules in every country vary by country. SEC Reports are accurate and controlling.


Shareholders: DBMM’s 10-K is coming out soon, check it out. The correct number will be in Consolidated 10-K  2022.
