Saying over and over again that selling unregistered shares is the same as naked shorting doesn’t make it real.

It’s already been pointed out that unregistered shares are already accounted for in the outstanding share base. They EXIST.

These so called “naked shares” are supposedly plucked out of thin air and DO NOT EXIST.

Completely different things.

The selling of unregistered shares IS NOT naked shorting.

No way, no how.

One only has to look at Kramer's history and the known legal cases against him.

I have said this before... I was invested in stocks over a decade ago that were destroyed by Kramer with his vulture financing. I spent many years watching him in action, and would love to have seen him get caught and lose his shirt!

Instead, all that ever happened was slaps on the wrists and fines.

He knew that getting caught selling unregistered shares would really only have a worst case result of disgorgement of the money he made selling the unregistered shares.

Naked shorting, besides being impossible to actually do without the involvement of others (brokers, gov't agencies) willing to break the law...was not needed for a death spiral!

There was never any reason to take the risk!

There is no rainbow, and certainly no pot of gold at the end of it here...
