Minimally this is a huge step for our existing employees. Companies (especially now in "these times") will only survive and thrive if they manage their workforce. If we acquire someone, the assimilation of another company's people and preserving a culture is super important. Investing in this function with an apparently professional/successful/practiced person is a big big step toward us remaining a high performing (in the science/operations AND people oriented) company. Focusing on reactors, equipment, pipes and hoses isn't all there is to it. I'm very glad to see this.
