How would they pay for an acquistion?
We only have $115M as of July .........

Not gonnna buy much with that amount.

Could dilute us for a 10-20M shares I reckon, but even then you would not be able to buy anyone for that amount.

I'd go with Halo taking us out.
They did just do a huge financing.
