I suspect that is the reason for the pps drop today is that there are others doing the same today and likely until there is some announcement.

And yet somehow, the 360K shares sold by MAI Capital doesn't get noticed, or is just conveniently not mentioned?

There is a price for "overlooking" bad news, and only acknowledging "good news". That price is a 95% decline in ENZC from early 2021, of course, with more to come!

So 360k sold while 150k purchased is "this looks good", correct? ;-)
