A rumour from some time ago had it that BB wanted JT to accept a BO
offer (I think it would have been somewhere around $14 a share) and JT
said no which resulted in BB beginning to sell some of their shares. If that
story is true (we may never know) it poisoned the relationship. The rumour
was that the BB were upset about JT's decision.
