There were many abstracts submitted for presentation before June 1st. Not all of them are journal articles. I don't think we can assume SNO is the journal article publisher based on this alone. You could be correct or it could be another journal. I don't think we have enough information to say one way or another at this point.
This brings up to the question of whether DI was kept in the loop and knew the Journal was being held up by the decision to present at SNO, or if management just kept telling him that things could happen in the next month or so.
I prefer to think that he too was kept in the dark so as not to be lying to investors, just encouraged to say what he is told.
