The confusion you expressed is natural because NWBO has not been communicating with shareholders and has not issued much besides the barest regulatory filings in over two years. Instead they allow anonymous surrogates to talk for them.
I think approval this week is highly unlikely so I am sure how any reasonable person can believe it is likely. Maybe it can happen in 2023 by at least one RA but at the glacial pace NWBO does things do not be surprised when the company line narrative shifts discussion to 2024.
NWBO chooses to put their ability to talk in the hands of others as they did with the JA, which is not part of the full TLD unveiling process. Possibly it because of their incompetence at public relations so they are avoiding that kind of work but finding ways to blame others (hey it’s the embargo we triggered not us!). I am just guessing because their behavior is illogical and the chief takeaway is that silence is their goal and things like the JA are just ways to facilitate and excuse silence and not drivers of the silence. When the JA comes out I think that with that understanding we cannot expect their communication to improve as they’ll just have their surrogates trot out another excuse from the Black Swan farm.
