I talked to E*trade and the gentleman I spoke to was under the impression that the spread of .0001 - .00001 was way too wide for the system to let me input it. He also said it’s hard to tell who is actually buying at that price but to shop around to other brokers to see if I could find someone that lets their account holders purchase at that limit
