Check with your broker. I always thought retail was restricted to $.0001 and that anything lower was only available to MMs since they were taking the risk that they might not ever find a buyer at $.0001.

That's why I was surprised to see that trade and then again today. I see them all the time on dead shell tickers where people have no realistic hope of ever getting their money out.

Check out RMTD which has been dead for a decade now and the only trades over the past year have been at $.000001. GTEH doesn't fit the profile.
