Nice Story man! Yeah Ken Patel is going to steal broke retail money! haha.. What a trip! The things people will say to get more sellers. EV Hotel won't raise more then beer money from retail share holders, and that is fact. Pays to know people in the Hotel and finance industry. You even realize the cost to build a hotel? Let alone the 6 or 10 they got planned? Who is going to partner up as financier and builder for EV Hotels? Broke Retail. This is some funny stuff.

The Money Behind this company is hundreds of millions and probably will come near a billion. But Ken Patel is coming after retail.. Some funny posting tonight. I might have to up this to a 8 digit win for me instead of a 7. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. Good luck though.

Only a small portion of this board actually understands what is going on. The R/S announcement was Ken being transparent about investing in this stock. You want to invest in this stock? You are going to do it at a 73 million SS, not 7.3B. You dont like it-leave because a whole new class of investor is coming in. Nothing has changed about the prospects going forward for the business-R/S has nothing to do with that.
He will not reconsider the R/S, the reduced SS is central to the uplist. Stop whining and either get out, or start adding like a few of us are doing. In 2 years, this stock will be worth dollars- max out your share count cheap while you still can.
