Only a small portion of this board actually understands what is going on. The R/S announcement was Ken being transparent about investing in this stock. You want to invest in this stock? You are going to do it at a 73 million SS, not 7.3B. You dont like it-leave because a whole new class of investor is coming in. Nothing has changed about the prospects going forward for the business-R/S has nothing to do with that.
He will not reconsider the R/S, the reduced SS is central to the uplist. Stop whining and either get out, or start adding like a few of us are doing. In 2 years, this stock will be worth dollars- max out your share count cheap while you still can.
