Yeah, probably true, but there was that ASM where LP stated there were huge investors that had trouble locating their shares, and the implication was that naked shorts somehow spirited them away.

Uhm, that is not what she (or LG) said.

They said they could not locate a substantial number of beneficial owners.

I am sure that is true. Mainly because companies are not allowed to know the beneficial owners if the owners do not allow it.

In short, it was another BS line by NWBO to feed the SMA.
