Then run for the hills. He could have just run this stock and sold shares into this to get the capital if he wanted and had more shareholders to sell into. By doing this, he wont have easy access to capital. The guy is too big in the world and wants to go to NQ. Many companies have done this. There is no doubt he will need capital, but it will go to institutions. If you see this being an issue and he will continue to dilute, then sell. Too many big names involved here.
