You keep mentioning big hotels as an example of what EV might be. But those hotels were long established and had assets way before they went public. If EV hotels has 120 franchisees signed and ready to go with actual contracts, that alone is enough leverage to get financing. You get established and you get the cash and prizes. But what seems most important to Patel above all else is the glory. It was written yesterday in the PR. And glory seekers ain't to be trifled with. Cause it's all about them.
