T, you are wasting your breath on pinheads. The R/S has been clear as a bell since Ken announced his intention to go big board. It was so clear, even I predicted it exactly. So you have to be pretty uneducated for it to have been a surprise. He hasn't dated it, but has confirmed it will happen sometime down the road. Well if he name drops someone like a Gordon Ramsey for his Michelin chief in a few weeks. I think that will change people's mind. He did say it was a house hold name. If he has 119 hotels sold the numbers his team crunched is right on par with a 4 dollar stock. It took me awhile to understand and think it threw. A 100 to 1 is acutely a confidence builder if you look at it. A 10,000 to 1 RS is scam territory. He is saying with his team that is all they need because they got the goods. Wonder what the people will say when he lists the 119 hotels location room size and investment groups around the world who is on the EV team. Ipo spac he did it this way for a reason.
