If anyone believes a RS split is beneficial at these price levels, pass me what you're smoking. What is accomplished by splitting it to get to a PPS of .10 cents. And that's saying it gets to .001 pre split. It's going to go up to 4 dollars from a dime?
If that is true, then he would have announced a decrease in the AS to coincide with the RS. I'm still in this stock. But, he might not be getting the best investment advise at this stage of the merger. This appears to be a novis mistake. Down the road, yes, in conjunction with the uplist.
We are here and you know I been here because of all you summed up. I see barely or no post (with the exception of Kool-Aid post) that doubt everything you just said. That is not the issue if there is even an issue. I stayed because I believed and I still believe. Ken is a new OTC CEO (or about to be). He does need to hear this. He does need to see how the OTC Community responds to R/S and he needed to see that the Markets are not even in favor of these and that is why the stocks always drop on R/S news. This information just wasnt announced right and that is my only issue. Not whether or not Gordan Ramsey is coming to town....(lol)
