$TORVF - Volt Carbon is well organized and the CEO is on it.
Since 2019 they have been working to restructure everything to what it is today.
To date they have:
1. Updated all filings 2. Leased new facilities 3. Built new battery manufacturing labs and will not subcontract overseas to protect their intellectual property and methods 4. Acquired Solid UltraBattery, Inc. and their IP with a required review and approval from Alberta Securities Commission 5. Secured several funding tranches 6. New Board Members 7. Upgraded to OTCQB 8. Renamed the company from Saint Jean Carbon to Volt Carbon Technologies 9. New website that is mobile compatible 10. Filed patents for Air Classification method after 10 years of R&D Sept. 2022 11. Issued over 30 PRs since 2021 12. Interviewed six times on The Dales Report > 13. Featured in The Innovation Platform, June 2022 Pg. 83 14. Posted fresh marketing collateral on the "Investors" page of their website >
And, much more.
Up until recently, Volt Carbon news or PR's were not published in the USA which is one of the reasons why the North American market is unaware of Volt's acquisition of Solid UltraBattery and the opportunity for investors.
Even SeekingAlpha isn't catching their PR's and is still out date with Volt's PRs.
A good example of the discrepancy between the U.S. and the Canadian trade volumes occurred on April 9, 2021…
How was that a good example? A price from 2021?
How about comparing the volumes being traded now between Toronto and OTCQB?

——— So right now as a result of the P&D they are at least generating a bit more volume than their primary listing. Good for them! But it won’t last. It never does with these group plays.
