LOI is still not binding. They vaguely worded a lot of issues. Namely the audits. PLPL will have theirs completed this week. And Tad will PR it. EVs is still in delay only to be completed ASAP. So until EVs is done, the LOI is still in limbo.

Remember what I said a while back? A clean audit makes PLPL attractive to more than just Patel. And honestly if Tad gets a better deal from someone else, if Patel gets ditched I would take the initial PPS hit. What he did today and how he comes across as not giving a fuck is totally not cool.

Agreed. Very likely inexperience combined with wrong advice imo. A smart CEO would let the momo and pps build first to a certain level before making any such decision.

Let's hope he listens to shareholders concerns and changes the course. We can only hope.
