Thank you trademax and this is another lesson learned in OTC. Many stayed because of what you said in another post, this stock had all the ingredients to move to .005 today without the announcement of the R/S. Ken has never ever, ever been associated with OTC and that sounds like 90% of the problem here.

Yes, Brian Foote, TS*NP CEO came in the same way with no OTC knowledge but he had George Sharp advising him and George been part of the OTC community for years and would have never took on a Merger Candidate coming in with the intentions of an immediate R/S. I can literally see George Sharp saying "Count me out".
This decision has me rethinking the real OTC Scam CEO Kings and their past runs. At least all of them ran their stocks first before announcing a R/S!!
