Have you ever unraveled an aspirin side effects insert? Goes on for days. Vascepa is a nothing burger. The body can't live without EPA, but then again, people can and do have certain allergies or autoimmune disorders that turns the body against itself. So I wouldn't worry about it. Too much in the weeds imo.
