What are you talking about? After looking at the company's share structure, the first thing I do is scan through the 10-K's and 10-q's for any and all convertible debt! Then I estimate the amount of outstanding shares to be converted based upon the terms of each note. That's just for starters.

Only then do I decide if I want to make a longer term investment into an OTC stock.
