I guess it is all on the TA/OTC now on how fast they can process. They are understaffed and have always been slow.

Looks like a two tier thing, first the TA updates and then SBES has to do something with OTC. Looks like this could easily go into 2023. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

What about the Letter of Attorney, I dont see SBES hasnt submitted it so far. Am I wrong? Also how long do you expect the OTC to process all documents once they are due submitted?
