And why this particular little spot exactly? Did I read where rents will supposedly range up to "$20,000"?? Looking around I see it's strategically located within walking distance of a McDonalds, a Church's Chicken, a pizza-by-the-slice place.. not to mention butting up against a large old commercial laundry, a car wash, several low end motels as well as the Social Security office. I could see $20k per night in Vegas for high rollers... but here?
