Yea and couple blocks from the Sheriton Weston Hyatt Kimpton Reaisassance all 4 star hotels. Guess you don t understand realastate. Where I live you could of bought a 1000 acres for 100 grand 20 years ago in horse country Temecula. Today try 100 grand a acer. Plus it,s a historical building. Sure there is some type of tax Wright off by helping the city of Phoenix restore that buliding. Sounds like a smart move. Built your first hotel just outside of your compotion. Have 114 room smaller hotel to work out all your kinks and get your tec perfected before buliding the other hotels. Now here's a shocker. Go look up Luxury links Punta Cana Dominican Republic 5 star hotels. Look at who they are advertising on their page. EV hotel along with Hyatt and Marriott. Then look up the smart city short video. It,s the Ranco Sante Fe of the Dominican. A 400 room 5 star EV.Hotel. Nobody but the best is alowed in That smart city Punta Cana. Try harded
Hope you know they can build a 2000 room 6 star hotel in Dubia. Why because that's how franchising works. The investor decides how big these hotels are and if they are 3 star or 5 star.

Anything in the Doughnut hole is considered prime in Phoenix now.(Crazy huh?) In fact because of gas prices it has really come alive.

Close proximity to the conference center, downtown and a fast ride to the airport is a win win for that location as odd as that might seem for an outsider. -GL!

Not sure if you follow the markets but that Phoenix housing area topped Vegas housing markets as more people and businesses bought property there. That place has grown massively this past year.

The lowest price is supposed to compete with a hotel and Ken wants to introduce a 5+ star hotel, maybe the highest rated hotel in the world, 8+
