Not interested in wasting ANYTIME going over the exact same thing that has been answered 50 times over the last 2 years.

Of COURSE you "aren't interested"! Because there's NEVER been a satisfactory answer GIVEN to that question - EVER.

To simply say "they are held" by the Kramers is a completely LUDICROUS answer. Are these MAGIC SHARES? Can Kramer keep them invisible, then wave his magic wand and make them appear in some trading account?

Where EXACTLY are these naked shares being "HELD"?

If not in a trading account SOMEWHERE?, HOW EXACTLY would the shares be bought back to cover a short position?

If held in the US, the DTCC would have uncovered it LONG AGO!

If held in international accounts? It would have already been covered LONG AGO!

ANSWER the QUESTION. WHERE are these shares???.
