Kramer has NEVER been convicted or even accused of naked shorting ANY company.

IF they exist, WHERE ARE THEY? Under someone's matteress?

If they are not in trading accounts, how EXACTLY does someone contact a broker and say, "I'd like to buy back DBMM to cover my short position"?????
