My new Canadian account is with Scotia and yes their app is horrible but it allows us to buy more dbmm.

I live in Nova Scotia Canada. We cannot do market orders. I must hit limit order each time and put in the current or higher bid.
I used Scotia Itrade!!!
It is more difficult but we can also buy and sell currently :)
