$TORVF - Have not been able to find an answer for that yet.

But, I believe this to be the primary reason the US market missed the acquisition of Solid UltraBattery in 2021.


Even SeekingAlpha had to do some extra work to get their site to start catching Volt Carbon's PR this last July.
