Seriously, anything is better than nothing. FNRP holders could sit here with a shell and wait for years for anything to happen. I welcome being taken over. Makes me want to register my shares and sell out if I can get anything. No I have not received a proxy statement, probably because my shares are still restricted and very likely non-voting. Do you have a link, or any other information you can provide to confirm that Smith has indeed taken over this company. I am somewhat familiar with RNKE but seems to me they were a POS company that had a failed business plan. It was a cash incinerator what burned shareholders money.
