No, I got in the mail a proxie papers from Feinstein Report inc. David Smith has taken over the company - want to be voted top guy - also wanted to do a 10 to 1 reverse split. He also had other things to change - I hope you got one to. A reverse split is not an answer to problems - just a way to wipe out smaller investors.

I remembered the name David Smith and a another stock, (RNKE.PK),that has been whipped down by him and his pals.
