$TORVF - I just spoke with Sean Budnik, Principal of Allyson Taylor Partners on the phone.
His contract with Volt finished in Feb 2022, and he still works closely with the guys at Volt Carbon.
He only submitted a request to customer service at Stocktwits with the Volt stock symbols, just like everyone else here did, requesting that they create discussion boards for Volt Carbon.
His IT guy told him that the more requests ST gets the better the chance that the discussion boards will be created. They both sent a request -- nothing special.
It's only a coincidence that ST created the discussion boards within a short time frame of his request.
Sean also stated that while under contract, he assisted with the application for Volt Carbon to upgrade from Pink to OTCQB.
He did confirm that he has shares that "he paid for" at higher prices than what Volt is currently trading at and isn't planning on selling any for quite a while.
