Yes, Trek and I both suspected that the case against BYOC was tied to the merger and with today's 8k extension with no timeline all but confirms that is the case.

Trek has a better attitude toward $BYOC than I do, I think Geordan is incompetent to run any company. Take the case alone if you really think she's harmed Service 800 then why are you not counter suing Jean for said damage? She's only out lawyer fees and court costs, she has zero risk for seeing this through. If you don't have a case then settle, and dilute more shares to pay her off, it's what the company does best. Service 800 is the reason this company bleeds $$ every year and is 95% the reason for the share structure and nonstop dilution. A 4-million-dollar business that costs 6 million a year to run, with zero growth even during the biggest bull market in US history. Who's fault 100% Geordan's! This dude does nothing right, ever!!
