you were Mith, and i somewhat agree with you in that the merger with Eletric Built is now doubtful. There was a slight chance it wasn't tide to the lawsuit and that is what i was hoping for but that wasn't the case. At some point Remo has to see who he's getting ready to sign on the dotted line with and realize this company is in serious trouble when it comes to $$$. An enormous S/S already, a lot of debt still, and company that loses $2 million a year due to a defunct Service 800 that is and has been in a lawsuit for going on 3 years. Which has a bid ? question mark as to when it will be settled, if ever and for how much might $BYOC/Geordan & Service 800 owe Jean!! Do you think us retail are the only one's that see through this? I don't i have to believe the next 8k will be a Termination of merger by Remo.
