Have you never heard of a birth or death certificate??? LMAO, try getting anything without them. Official is all that matters in this world. Public companies are no different. You can hear anything about a company like a reverse split, share increases or reductions, but NOTHING matters until it is officially filed.
Especially when the original context was that the Financials would be easy because there are no business operations.
Forget the label "shell company." Does anyone want to argue that the financials will be complicated because WNFT has had business operations over the last two years?
If not, what the heck is the point of your argument? Nobody said it was listed on OTCM as a Shell.
