I suspect he might have a better understanding of the accounting principals being used than some. For instance, depreciation has been taken on some of the debt so, while “booked” lower, the debt is still owed.
I don’t think we are a week away from being paid off as some suggest but I do think it is much closer than some would lead us to believe.
