The number of shares needed to pay off the bent depends on the share price. If you pay off a little bit of debt and the share price goes down, more shares may be needed than before the payment was needed.

We will see what the quarterly report brings for news. I will be pleased, not disappointed, if WebSlinger has overestimated the amount needed to repay the debt.

I doubt that Ben has access to the company’s books or fills out the quarterly report forms. I suspect he knows what we do.
