VI,
I believe that what you're saying is equally true about Institutional Investors. In some cases they may be getting in the beginning of a quarter and out by the end, so they don't need to report, but largely they're waiting. I believe that some are waiting just for higher share prices, in the $2 to $5 range, still others insist on both the higher price and the move to a major exchange.
Once we've seen $4 or more I believe they'll work to move to a major exchange, I believe it's possible rather quickly but the exchange may have to waive some requirements to really expedite it. I believe the news from the company may be so strong that it will be highly desirable to have NWBO in your exchange and both NYSE and Nasdaq may be willing to expedite an application from NWBO.
I previously guessed that a partnership or buyout starts to become possible once our share price is roughly $8 or more which should take our market cap into double digits. If prior indications from posters about L.P. not considering anything under a valuation of $20 billion, that size an offer is possible once our market cap is above $10 billion which ought to occur in the $8 range, depending on how many shares have been issued at that time.
I believe that our share price will grow dramatically once we reach a range where Institutions start moving in. By the time we're in double digits I'd not be surprised to have 50% or greater ownership by Institutions.
